A TXBeachVacation.com home.  Gator Getaway is a newly completed vacation home located in Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar, Texas. It offers a comfortable and spacious living area with an open concept design, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a large breakfast bar with seating for four. The dining area has seating for ten people. The living area is tastefully furnished and includes a 65" Smart TV. There is an Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station downstairs.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in shelves, clothes racks in the closet, and a 58" Smart TV.

Bedroom 2 also has a king-size bed, built-in shelves, clothes racks in the closet, and a 58" Smart TV.

Bedroom 3 features a queen-size built-in bunk bed with built-in shelves, clothes racks in the closet.

Bedroom 4 has a full-size built-in bunk bed with built-in shelves, clothes racks in the closet.

Bonus bunk room has a full-size built-in bunk bed.

The house has three full bathrooms. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, second bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the third bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Some of the amenities provided in the house include flat-screen Smart TVs, Wi Fi, Roku TV, washer/dryer, towels, linens, central AC/heat, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster oven, blender, a full-size coffee pot along with a single serve unit and hair dryers.

For outdoor activities, Gator Getaway offers pickle ball, 4 square volleyball, spike ball, cornhole, Tabletop Jenga, cards and beach toys. There is also a charcoal grill available for use. The house features a large, oversized upper deck with tables, high top chairs and Adirondack chairs  on both the upper and lower levels.

Some essential items provided in limited amounts include paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash can liners, towels, and linens.

There are some items you may want to bring for your stay, such as personal hygiene products, beach towels, sunblock/aloe vera, mosquito spray, an umbrella/canopy, beach chairs, and additional beach toys.
