A TX Beach Vacation home - The Cabana 3RD ROW home is located in the exclusive gated community - Biscayne. There are connecting lakes throughout development. This house is perfect for entertaining, with an inviting yet spacious open concept living area; great kitchen with a large breakfast bar and lots of natural light. It has an oversized front deck great for enjoying amazing views of the sunrise off front deck or the beautiful sunset off our back patio and enjoying lake scenery right in our back yard.  House is a hop, skip and a jump to the beach.  After a day on the ocean take a dip in our pool, get a corn hole game going, or try your hand at catching a blue crab or two in the backyard.  We are located about 8 miles from the Galveston Ferry.

The brand-new Cabana was completed December 2023.   This beauty is located in Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar, Texas.  The home features an oversized fully stocked kitchen, 9 ft breakfast bar with seating for four, tastefully furnished spacious living area and a  75" Smart TV, quartz countertop and stainless-steel appliances throughout the kitchen. The dining area has seating for ten. Host dinners and get togethers with your family and friends in the wide-open floor plan. There is Wi-Fi throughout the home. 

• Master bedroom had a King size bed, built in shelfing and 65” Smart TV. 

• Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, built in shelfing in the closet and a 58" Smart TV.

• Bedroom 3 has Full size build in bunk bed  with a built in closet. 

• Bedroom 4 has Full size build in bunk bed  with a built in closet. 

• Bonus bunk room has Twin  Size built in bunk bed with individual reading lights and outlets.

• Three Full Baths. Master and second have a walk-in shower, Third bath has shower combo.  All bathrooms have quartz countertops.
